With my extensive training in multiple modalities, my bodywork sessions go beyond just a massage. Each session is a unique blend of techniques like sports massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, stretching, kinesiology taping, and more—whatever the body needs at that moment. It's a process of peeling back layers of compensation and restriction, aiding the body’s natural recovery. This tailored bodywork is beneficial for horses of all ages, from newborn foals to Olympic champions and even the retired seniors in your backyard. I offer a range of service options so you can select the best investment for your horse's comfort and well-being.

This session combines a full saddle fitting with a comprehensive bodywork appointment. It’s an excellent choice for a thorough evaluation of both your tack and your horse’s body, posture, and performance. Ideal as a first session for new clients, quarterly or bi-annual assessments, or as an additional perspective alongside your regular saddle fitter or bodyworker, this 3-hour appointment leverages my unique skill set to offer a fresh viewpoint and increase performance.
This standalone bodywork session is a 1 to 1.5-hour appointment featuring a combination of soft tissue modalities, with a focus on myofascial release. For horses new to bodywork, I recommend starting with at least three sessions to establish a baseline. While some horses take to bodywork quickly, others may require a few sessions to settle and adapt.

Your horse needs 18-24hrs off, so usually just the rest of the day. If you must ride, schedule your bodywork after.
No, I do soft tissue work only. I do work with some excellent chiropractors however and I'm happy to offer referrals. And yes, I recommend regular chiropractic work for your horses, I keep my own horses on a quarterly schedule at minimum.
I take all major forms of payment: cash, check, credit card, Venmo
If you are a new client, I ask that you commit to at least 3 sessions, because that gets us to a baseline. Some horses take to bodywork immediately, and some it takes 2-3 sessions for them to accept it and really let their guard down and let me in. From there, it's a maintenance schedule. The general rule of thumb is 4-6 weeks, however it's of course what you can budget. The key is consistency for it to be most effective. I have clients that do very well on a 6-8 week schedule. At most, a 12 week schedule can provide consistency and help me catch any saddle fit concerns.
